You have an addiction, checking into detox would be a good idea. They will get a doctor to check out your stomach. Everything else you mention is very common if you drink a lot. I know, I have been there.

After you detox, you will need some kind of recovery program, so you can live without alcohol. Almost everybody who has an alcohol addiction has other problems; it is possible to learn other ways of dealing with them. I fond it very helpful to spend a lot of time with other people who had been through alcohol addiction. We helped each other. Many are helped by Alcoholics Anonymous, but that does not suit everybody and in many places there are other programs.
